Refund policy

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with every item they purchase from Astraftei. We are happy to offer an exchange, unless item arrives defective. 

Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 3 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated. 

Please note customers must pay return shipping. Any cost incurred by return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Astraftei does not reimburse buyers for any cost incurred from return shipping, local taxes and customs charges.
